Anybody can make a page look nice. The difference between a website that earns its keep and one that sits there is whether it is plugged into how you actually work.
A barber needs the chair booked and the deposit taken. An estate agent needs new instructions appearing without touching anything. A golf club needs a visitor to get a tee time without ringing the pro shop. Those are all the same job, and it is a job of wiring, not decoration.
So we start with the wiring, and design outward from it. It is why our sites tend to look like the business they belong to rather than like each other.
